lovely stay!
excellent staff superb food great pool
i had a really wonderful time. the staff was excellent and very helpful. the food was superb in the restaurants and bars. the pool area was particularly enjoyable , and i loved having cocktails there. harrison at the entrance, always getting me to my reservations on time.
i must have just missed evening snacks in the lounge, and breakfast was closed entirely. it didn't open until 7. i paid extra for the lounge and got no value from it.

the beautiful king room view offers ample space and is well kept. it features comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a seating area. the bathroom includes complimentary toiletries.

hotel pool available sauna large stain many families
the hotel has a very nice pool. the sauna had both dry and wet options available, i liked that. the shuttle to the village worked well. it made getting around much easier, i think.
the carpet in my room had a large stain. perhaps they did not have time to clean it very well between guests. many families stay at this hotel. this is good if you have kids, but it was not very quiet.

excellent stay
attentive staff text communication running trail luxurious room
the staff was attentive from check in. they communicated via text about coffee to our room. the concierge gave great running trail recommendations. the rooms are luxurious and quiet.
the gym was closed sometimes, and it did not open until late.

the portobello restaurant is located in the hotel. the restaurant offers very good food. the oat milk matcha latte, i drank it was superb, with great ambience.

our beautiful king room view had valley view. it was very quiet and also very clean. the beds are comfortable. the room includes two separate sinks.

incorrect luggage tag two-hour location
the hotel provided good breakfast with various choices , which was acceptable.
i was hoping for a great stay , but my luggage was tagged incorrectly and it took two hours to locate. i had to go downstairs myself to find it. no water bottles were left in the room either.
